STRENGTH & RELEASE
Strength & release is designed to help you build strength, with particular support for women before, during, and after menopause. The class focuses on strength training to help prevent or manage osteoporosis, improve bone density, and support long-term functional health.
The Release component focuses on increasing mobility and flexibility, with hands-on bodywork offered when appropriate to help manage discomfort. This portion is intuitively guided, responding to what each client needs on the day. It also supports relaxation and helps reduce stress levels, encouraging both physical and nervous system balance.
